Racing Begins: February 2027
◉ All birds must be vaccinated for PMV at least 14 days prior to entry
◉ Birds must be banded with a 2026 seamless band (AU, IF, CU, etc.)
Rules
◉ All entries must be activated: Unpaid birds becomes property of the race.
◉ Races are considered complete 48 hours after release.
◉ If prizes are not filled within 48 hours, remaining funds will be split equally among birds
clocked before cutoff.
◉ The committee reserves the right to determine outcomes in unforeseen circumstances, including refunds, payouts, or rollovers.
◉ The race is not responsible for any birds lost due to unforeseen events.
◉ The committee reserves the right to refuse entries at its discretion.
◉ 15% of activation fees will be retained for administrative and race expenses.
◉ Final race prizes will be paid to the top 10% of basketed birds for the final race.
◉ Final race payouts are determined by the first drop, then clocking order.
◉ Participants winning over $600 must submit an IRS Form W-9.
◉ All WinCompanion profiles must be kept up to date.
◉ Teams with multiple breeders must designate one primary contact.
◉ NO AUCTION RULE: Ownership remains with the participant unless activation fees are unpaid.
◉ Return shipping fees must be paid within 7 days after the final race.

◉ Entry Fee: $50 per bird
◉ Must be nominated upon activation.
◉ Fee(s) due with activation.
◉ Bird must complete all seven races.
◉ First nominated bird clocked in the final race will be the winner.

◉ Held two weeks after the final race.
◉ Distance: 370 – 400 miles.
◉ Entry Fee: $200 per bird.
◉ Minimum 200 paid entries required.
◉ Prizes paid to the top 10% of basketed birds.
◉ Payout based on first drop, then clocking order.
